Print Business Development Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Print Business Development Manager to generate new business across large-format graphics, window films, POP displays, retail signage, and campaign assets. This is a hunter role requiring strong print knowledge and the ability to turn creative concepts into production-ready solutions.

Business Development Manager Responsibilities

  • Drive new print business across North America
  • Build and manage a strong prospect pipeline through outreach and events
  • Lead discovery calls and create tailored proposals and presentations
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to meet margin targets
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasting
  • Advise clients on materials, substrates, finishing, and installation
  • Translate creative briefs into clear production specifications
  • Collaborate with production, project management, and marketing teams
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell related signage and display solutions
  • Ensure a smooth handoff to account management after project award

Business Development Manager Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of B2B print or large-format graphics sales experience
  • Proven hunter with strong technical print knowledge
  • Skilled in presentations, communication, and negotiation
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and travel up to 40 percent
